True entrepreneurs that are pioneer in their business won' t think of cashing out and taking the easy way out. Even if he decides to cash out and rest and relax, so be it, The company' s fundamentally sound.  I vested for 6 years already, collected capital gains, dividends and bonus shares and I still continue to add on dips.
