Rememebr Dora and Doreen' s background originated from Mode Circle who was using MLM/direct selling model. Can a leopard change its spots?

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	SGX did not give a timeline for the company to reply hence can be forever suspended. Do not read page 1 onwards, read what' s the findings from pg 25 onwards. Too many unanswered stuff until being advised to seek legal advice, violations of Co Act, SGX violations, etc. I like the part where brother-in-law said he knows nothing no idea how' s things are done, no nothing of the sales flow, accounts, bank balances, etc. He bo-tai-chi kenna black eye!

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Nope. Such stock will have many insider news and will not be able to trade in transparent and fair manner. The report asked more questions and doesnt provide clarity. Like why BW staff have bank tokens of independent party distributors/franchisees? PWC uses words like unable to corroborate, unable to establish, unable to understand the business rationale.. It means after months of investigation, representations by BW mtgm is in doubt by PWC but PWC dont want to expose itself to liability. Its not the prosecutor anyway.
