If you all read the SCI circular, NAV for SCI after de-merger is 1.8 (est). So 1.8 is based on 1.0 P/B value. Given that SCI after demerger as a purer play for energy & utility play, P/B ratio against peers is around 0.9 P/B value. (Read somewhere from analyst report.) So fair value for SCI per share after demerger = 1.62 (at 0.9 P/B) Market trading price for SMM after demerger = 0.2 (worst case - at rights pricing a share)  Given that every 100 SCI, 427 SMM will be given. Value of 427 SMM will be minimumly value at $8450, which translate to 0.845 per SCI shares.  Valuation for SCI now after EGM on 11 Aug (before XE) = $2.47  If we use a lower SCI P/B at 0.8 instead of 0.9, the fair value will also be at = $2.28 Good luck everyone thats on SCI BOAT and hope for a good EGM tomorrow.

THey 100% must ensure they can cover in time ....if not they have to pay up the FREE SCM shares lol  This is a lot of $$ and honestly hope they do ....as it will push UP SCM share price too  2. with SCI demerger ...more buyers will come in ....it may cover this shortist ....and even more then them  3.
