If you want to announce an assumed PER, then you have to state assuming eps is maintained for the whole year, PER will be XX. There is a difference in current PE vs assumed PE. based on what u have mentioned, u already did the assumed PE - u have predicted that there will be zero profit for Q3 and Q4 please do not mislead others that are a newbie or those do not understand about PE ratio...
