But it should have very little impact on the financials of STA, so no worries  Looks like STA is on the way back up to yesterday' s closing levels. Probably STA Thai will try to form a base between 23 and 25 Bath for the next 1 week and start climbing up one week before 2nd quarers result earnings release which will probably excceed 1st quarters results of 845 million Bahts courtesy of 100% earnings contribution from their gloves division before STGT IPO on 2 July from infomation leaked out by insiders this morning. One more bull factor for STGT as STA owns few latex factories in Thailand to supply latex to STGT to produce gloves. This being the added advantage over some Msian gloves producers who have to import latex from Thailand to bring over to M'sia to cess exports and transportation charges. From insiders, any price below STA 29 Baht is a good long for any buy and hold market participants for the rest of 2020 viewing STA is extremely undervalued presently as earnings of 56% contributions from STGT after 2nd quarters will be profits to STA as STGT will enjoy huge profits for the next few quarters going into 1st half june 2021 as forward book orders have been fulfilled at higher ASP probably 3 times of 1st quarter earnings of gloves division of 375 million Baht realised just like Top Gloves having enjoyed a US$ 80 million for 3rd quarters profit over 2nd quarter profits of US$27 million. Relax and enjoy the coming surge in STA price once its share bases out at current levels.
