x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Sounds good but is deceiving. To Mr Chan, it is no event, left pocket to right pocket. But to SeD minority shareholders, it is a losing event. With the latest development, impact Bio worth much more than USD 933m. But what SeD get in return is capped to 19.9% of DSS. To Mr Chan, he is the major shareholder of both SeD and DSS. So to him, it is no event. But he chooses to sacrify SeD minority shareholders. Now you understand? Haha. Not to late. Sell if you are still holding. Short with me. It is real Win-Win.!

As such, i cannot see why DSS would vote against this swap share deal (heard their vote is in end July, cannot find source) which the agreed value of impact bio at USD 50 mil. Even if we take 10% of the value, its still a gain. (Not to mention with the new development/latest announcement, would it be valued even more than USD 933 million?) Some may question why SED do the swap deal then since its value is much more than the 50 million swap deal. Well, Impact bio need DSS for its US exposure and the swap deal means that SED also owns DSS up to 19.9%.. so if DSS HUAT, Sed also HUAT. " Win-Win" .  This is the Long term game... short term if no news, there could be fluctuations or moving side lines... but once there is news coverage on any of the milestone.. it' s gonna rocket

Effect on SED is not clear, but it could be that the DSS shares and bonds that they have will improve the outlook of SED.
