Glove counter will be bright again on coming July and Aug, suggest hold your ticket or 80% your shareholding, don?t totally sell off. Please keep in mind there are no other industry are doing good during Covid-19 pandemic except glove business. | ||

Was thinking hard about UG last night.. should i let go or hold till results or more analysts reports to reassess my target price. Target price CIMB $1.36 is a good TP which is at 15x fwd earnings is reasonable and reachable in view of the 40% discounts off the Malaysia listed co. The TP i think is reachable since results is only out in Aug and with peers reports huge jump, UG will be no different. Based on CIMB and my TP, it is still 30% to 39% upside. Any Catalysts for price to move higher? A few in UG favor imo.. If there is a re rating by other bank Analysts with more aggressive TPs, it is likely to move higher again, Or another peer co announcement of extra price hike or hugh profits jump, Or there is corp action to give special dividends or shares dividends. Or a decision to dual list in Bursa, it will go skyhigh. Other better opportunities if i sell UG? Current crisis favors healthcare and certain digital companies. The others incl blue chips are likely to drift with little upside until the coast is clear. But one of the easier biz to undertand is glove manufacturing sector. Besides, the sector only consists of a small group of manufacturers dominated by the Malaysia controlling 63% Worldwide. They literally call the shots and set the prices. Having said so much, i think i will still stick to my TP :) Stocks investment is not about how much it has moved, But what how much it is really worth. Will hold till it reaches my TP or the next results appear. All the best to all! |
