In fact, there is a slight chance this demerger will not go through. Its damaging to SMM shareholders. They need to cough out money to buy 5 TIMES the shares they already owned in order not to be diluted. Very bad deal. Temesak bullied SIA shareholders, now attack SMM. I doubt SMM minority will vote yes to this.
