But if Aqua Munda buys out all of the senior debt, Hyflux can exit the restructuring process.  As  The Business Times  previously reported, Aqua Munda is widely speculated to be a stalking horse for someone. This perception has been fanned by how Hyflux has not addressed questions about whether its board and advisers have an interest in Aqua Munda.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Found in the forum another 10 likely SAR start-ups that are similiar to Capella  https://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?topic=47296.0 And one of these, which is a Japanese start-up, will have it' s constellation up before Capella.   The U.S. rocket company will launch the  StriX-&alpha   satellite for  Synspective, marking the first member of a set of satellites that will scour the Earth in synthetic aperture radar (SAR). The satellites will thus be able to peer at the surface, even in rainy or cloudy or dark conditions &mdash allowing for better monitoring. Read this paragraph... isnt this is the same as Capella + Addvalue?    The Japanese satellite series will target various industries that would benefit from this kind of technology, including urban development planning, disaster response and construction and infrastructure monitoring. And with various satellites in orbit, the constellation probably will reduce the &ldquo revisit time&rdquo in between passes overhead.
