July August IPO announcement listing date will give it some stimulus Now, it is most laggard compared to the rest Probably because there is a mother side in thai to follow. thats why investors here dont know how to value it compare to that side. i am waiting for at least $2 when it go up, it is fast

For sri trang: i)earnings likely to continue to be good. uobkh projected earnings to increase by ~80%. (UOBKH TP: 39.9baht /SG$1.78). Any earnings improvement maybe further catalyst for the stock to be rerated. ii)the IPO for its glove unit in 2nd half of 2020, cld be the further catayst for sri trang share price to go up (this is what most ppl would like and want to hear right?). If its glove unit share price rocket up, Sri trang share price will logically speaking also rocket up- as it still maintains control of the unit. its IPO is in thailand not in msia. if in msia, you can be sure it can rocket up as ppl are crazy there on glove stocks. iii)Its going to IPO 31% (or 448mil shares) of sri trang glove , and keeping 51% stake..Post IPO sri trang would be cash rich and ready for expansion. iv)Funds raised would be spent on plant expansion, company aiming to challenge the world' s biggest producer, Malaysia-based Top Glove, which has annual production capacity of 74 billion pieces from 44 factories. (Sri trang is capacity is at around 27billion). The ipo timing seems perfect with the pandemic, glove demand and average selling prices has skyrocketted. v)some may know a lot of glove company share prices (listed in msia stock exchange and also sg) has trippled (3X), while some has even increase by 10 fold or 10X. sri trang i think only about doubled or 2X.. share price can go up or go down. always do your own due diligence. |

dont worry bro. tis will be among the top 3 glove producer in the world plus they had more control over the rubber raw price if i dont recall wrongly. in time, price will move fast once more ppl come to know bout this stock. currently is undervalued compare to the other glove counters locally based on the output produced
