Food already cold by the time it reaches there. Anyway it is not important. SATS has monopoly of Changi Airport transport HUb. You can never put a price to that. SATS will rise. Suppose they cater 3 meals a day and from April to June for 100,000 workers (too optimistic?) and they charge each meal $5, that means revenue from this catering from Apr to June = 100,000 workers x 3 meals a day x 90 days x $5 = $135m.   Hence catering revenue from foreign workers ($135m) may help partially cover shortfall of their average quarterly airline catering revenue ($247m)? This is just my own view. DYODD.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Just my personal guess and estimate. Yes, all calculations are based on revenue only without taking into account of costs as I do not know the profit margin of foreign workers catering and airline food catering. I caveat again this is just my own view for sharing.
