Below few points for u to take note: 1.  TMN informed TMJ that it had filed the Suit at the North Jakarta District Court (the " Court" ), without naming the parties to the claim and stating the basis of its claim 2. Neither TMJ nor CBMA has received any formal letter of demand from TMN relating to the claim or any written summons from the Court or other authorities. As a result, TMJ and CBMA are not able to ascertain the basis of TMN' s claim. 3.  No substantiation has been provided by TMN on how this claim for IDR 1.06 trillion or SGD 102 million has been derived -> Plugged from sky?? 4.  Shareholders and potential investors should note that as the basis of TMN' s claim is presently unclear to the Group CB' s management have no intention to hide anything & provide update to shareholders or market openly as fast as they were alerted something even though the claim is no head no tail and no basis still...which is very responsible in my opinion. We shall monitor closely before make any rush deicision.
