Investor8      ( Date: 27-May-2020 14:48) Posted: Sad to say, their business operations not in Singapore.  Only their listing is in Singapore.  They maintain a VERY SMALL office in Singapore at Merchant Road (I am not sure if this is a requirement for the listing here).  If I remember correctly from Medtecs FY2019 Annual Report, the size of the physical office is less than 100 sq.ft.  That' s why they need a sponsor here.  So all the key operations management staff are not based here. Insiders always hold the advantage in terms of fees, low purchase price of original shares, placement shares and share options. Except for those who profited from short-term trading, very little benefit for holding long term, unless hoping for fat dividends and hugh gap in a takeover.
