Now, we need to ensure our daily needs are protected before we long or short the mkt.. pls think twice. Sorry if i given u impression to go all in. Life is not certain. Stk mkt even more uncertain. Theres no confirmation that SIA will drop. This is based on each thinking and prediction based on informed decision. But no one knows what will happen in future. Like, i dont even know if i still be alive tml? If it doesn' t go up or down, how long you will need to wait before cutting lost

I am very motivated to be a trader(which I don' t think I have the cut to be one now) because I read those books on Jesse Livermore and turtle trade, saw the news on BNF japanese trader. Is inspiring ! but now I felt that those are just  like fairy tales.

When u long, when price drops 50%, u can say its paper loss and will recover (although to me, paper lost is still lost) But shorting has limited profit while unlimited loss as per my previous post. Need to set take profit: (a) my current is take profit is $3.5 (cover back 70%) (b) i set a timeline of 2 wks after the rights become shares and trading in mkt. if i see further fall, i cover back at $3 as i dont think it will drop below $3 for the timeline i set So setting take profit and timeline is impt also as shorting attracts daily charges be it SLB or CFD..
