SED hold 19% of DSS and 47m worth of convertible shares. (this alone will be 6c per share) Not counting other biz of SeD which SeD is trading at 2.5c before this. So in actual calculation. SeD shb be 8c at least now. Upon listing if impact bio. DSS share price will increase greatly and that will reflect back to SeD share price. This will contrubute further more to the share price | ||||

besides this Impact Biomedical deal, they also doing something with DSS (through LiquidValue) to setup American Medical Reit. I think Chan Heng Fai used to do the Global Medical Reit. https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/GMRE/profile?p=GMRE I like their ambition... Medical Reit. good timing. |
