The bond was issued in last July when the price wax at 15 cents.. Though sadly its still at a discounted price... Hm.. But I thought you should know better when the bond was issued? Y so surprise.. -_-

Wait... $0.14 ??? So much discount ? It is a bad thing , I just checked. It' s sort of a placement just that they make it sound like it is not ... The rate is cheaper than market price by so much , those who are thinking its good , let me give u some context here Subscirber subscribes and receives the share , immediately earning at least 20% paper profit instantly , fair to investors especially those who stuck at 30 cents + high ? ... yeah continue saying it' s good yeah , thank god I ran before the crash otherwise imagine the big hole in my pockets lol

Yeah my thoughts as well.. they converted it to shares before the maturity period & they even took it at a lower than market price to get more.. that to me shows confidence from CB management

As I said, no point shattering dreams of someone else. Everyone is free to dream This counter has RESTRICTIONS just like a few more HC counters SGX is looking TIGHT on medical counters , check on their recent queries These counters fundamentals are too WEAK to support higher share prices Only SPECULATION and " FUTURE EXPECTTAIONS " can lift medical stocks up IMO, Medical run is over. Be mentally prepared.

1918 Pandemic Influenza: Three WavesThe 1918 influenza pandemic occurred in three waves and was the most severe pandemic in history.
 
The first outbreak of flu-like illnesses was detected in the U.S. in March, with more than 100 cases reported at Camp Funston in Fort Riley, Kansas. 
During 1918, the U.S. was engaged in WWI. Hundreds and thousands of U.S. soldiers traveled across the Atlantic to deploy for war. The mass troop movement contributed to the global spread of flu. More people died during the 1918 pandemic than the total number of military and civilian deaths that resulted from World War I. 
In 1918, many health professionals served in the U. S. military during WWI, resulting in shortages of medical personnel around the U.S. The economy suffered as businesses and factories were forced to close due to sickness amongst workers. 
There were 3 different waves of illness during the pandemic, starting in March 1918 and subsiding by summer of 1919. The pandemic peaked in the U.S. during the second wave, in the fall of 1918. This highly fatal second wave was responsible for most of the U.S. deaths attributed to the pandemic. 
The Motor Corps of St. Louis chapter of the American Red Cross on ambulance duty during the influenza epidemic, October 1918. A third wave of illness occurred during the winter and spring of 1919, adding to the pandemic death toll. The third wave of the pandemic subsided during the summer of 1919. if the impact of covid is still lingering, and will cause the market to experience a crash down to a lower level than Mar 20, then medical stocks like this will still continue to be played up. in short, medical bull will most likely be the play once index stocks leep dropping. hang tight!

As economies try to reopen, there will be increased need for testing and PPE. For sure there will be more companies making test kits and PPE, but the established players with established distribution channels will benefit the most over the medium and longer term.

I think the company long term strategies are still strong for the growth of the company in addition to the COVID19 testing which is an additional bonus to their business. To hold Long term if got excess funds. | ||||

Yes, agree, and that is what I meant actually and my apologies for not making clear my statement .
Just hope the company will consider the Covid situation and how it will impact their previous pre pandemic LT strategies and adapt to the current situation..... if they ain?t doing it, then, maybe other counters will be a better bet.. |
