x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Genting Singapore Limited (Company Registration No. 201818581G) 10 Sentosa Gateway, Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore 098270 CESSATION OF QUARTERLY REPORTING The Board of Directors of Genting Singapore Limited (the ?Company? and together with its subsidiaries, the ?Group?) wishes to update the shareholders of the Company that following recent amendments to the Listing Rules of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (?SGX-ST?) which took effect on 7 February 2020, the Company is no longer required to release its financial statements on a quarterly basis. The Board has, after due deliberations and taking into consideration the compliance costs, time and efforts required in connection with quarterly reporting, decided not to continue with quarterly reporting and will instead release the financial statements of the Company and the Group on a half-yearly basis. Accordingly, the Company shall cease quarterly reporting with immediate effect, and its next financial results announcement shall be in respect of the half-year ending 30 June 2020. The Company will provide voluntary quarterly business updates to shareholders in respect of each of the first and third quarters of the Company?s financial year ending 31 March and 30 September respectively, and shall do so commencing with the quarter ending 31 March 2020. The Board believes that a half-yearly financial reporting cycle and the provision of voluntary quarterly business updates, together with the observation of strengthened disclosure requirements, is sufficient to keep the shareholders informed of the Group?s state of affairs. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Board would like to assure the shareholders of the Company that the Company will comply with its continuing disclosure obligations to keep shareholders updated as and when appropriate, should there be any material developments (financial or otherwise) relating to the Company or the Group. Btw, heard from people working in RWS (not sure true or not), tourists are slowly coming back. This month much better than Feb. Think is regional tourists coming. Anyway, went Jewel over the weekend, surprisingly, still crowded. Queuing as usual at some popular eatries.
