x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	i think  i had commented somewhere talking about NAV before, dunno if it is with u or not.. as mentioned that time, im not a firm believer of using NAV to judge a company value, unless most of the NAV is contributed by property assets or cash.. cos as far as i know, property prices have been sustainable all these decades and u cant sell it like tissue paper price  even in a crisis.. depreciating assets can often be write off to zero in downturn.. NAV also depends on what sectors u are talking about.. for sectors that generate free cash like telecoms and food/bev, those NAV are generally very low.. we dont say singtel is over-value since their NAV is far lower than current price.. i look at ability of company to generate positive cash flow, cash rich, p/e ratio, dividends, as main basis of fundamentals decision to invest or not.. NAV is just an icing to the cake for me.. i generally like to talk about fundamentals cos figures are attainable and factual.. when u bring up about historical price, that is on technicals, and im not inclined to discuss that cos that really depends on what BB does, and how u interpret chart.. a same  chart can be interpreted differently be many ppl, but a figure stated in balance sheet cannot be deviated.. that is why i prefer talking fundamentals WL123456      ( Date: 31-Jan-2020 09:30) Posted: Actually Medtecs not that bad in terms of it?s NAV is around $0.15-$0.16 ( should be better in 2019 based on chairman statements and they are reporting in Feb) .
