Today drop to a low of 65 c in the morning, then creep up to 67.5 / 68 cents, before closing at 67 c drop 0.5 c.    Market seems to be quite indifference on the confusing annoucement.    ? |

in the 2H FY19 report (page 12): Profit attributable to Uniholders of AGT       JPY 3,532 mil Total distributable income/loss available     JPY 2,272 mil can the accounting experts clarify why there' s a difference between these two lines?? TIA.   |

Historically, 1H dividend is higher than 2H. If the dividend trend is intact, then I would expect full year div in FY20 to be around 5.6 cts. That would give you a yield of 9.3% assuming your cost is $0.60. So absence of any confirmed deals, I will be a buyer at $0.62 and seller at $0.80. Any prices in between I will hold. (Cost: $0.53) |

I think somebody calculated here that with the current proposal the payout per unit is around 0.71, and possibly up to 0.8. For investors who invested around 0.6 range, still earns just no much. So why worry it will drop? worse case get 0.71 | ||||

Don't have high hope on 'independent' valuer. Look at Sabana reit▶ "Reit manager had wanted to buy an industrial building for $23 million from Vibrant Group, the Reit's sponsor, under a sale and lease-back plan, despite the weak industrial rental climate.
That Vibrant had paid $10.9 million to purchase the building in 2011 only fuelled the notion that the asset was overpriced. This was despite three valuers - Savills, Knight Frank and Colliers - all coming up with the same valuation for the building."
