Just sell and move on. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Their target price of $0.43 is 46% discount to their RNAV. That' s quite a bit and they don' t explain why take such a large discount. Paring down debt and good SG sales should command a smaller discount. I' d say a 30% discount would suffice. That would put fair value at $0.55. But cash in the hand is better than being stuck in a vehicle that is trading below NAV.  But there is a lot of potential in UE, which i suspect Oxley had wanted crystalise by having a seat on the board and driving management. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Oxley last sold 6.4 million shares on 30 Nov 2018 at $2.55. Maybe selling 62 million shares = $168 million = lucky number! And the remaining 58 million? Ching has about 22.2 million shares and bought 4.77 million at $2.58 on 19 Jun and 305,200 shares at $2.565 on 21 Dec. Eric has about 14.1 million and he bought in Nov 2019 350,000 shares at $2.66 and 42K at $2.576 on 17 Sep.  Not sure if they have sold and also how they decide who to sell first/last or buy first/last? It is a pity that Oxley didn' t buy more and average down when the price dropped to below $2.40. Every cents = $1.2 million profits. Sigh....
