Timeline: start of nov:married deal at 0.425,0.445,0.465. Nov 13:Result announce with expected 14%yield This week and next week:investor will expect to buy base on high yield End of Nov:Price hit target and big player selloff? Really find it weird.Please advise anyone good in this? |

Hi.I find it quite skeptical about this counter.Past week there are so married deal on 425,445 and etc.So those that bought the married obviously can sell it now to cash out for profit at current price 0.545.Since this quarter result is so predictable with known yield at 14%,why would the owner sell the married deal at 425 and 445?Anyone know what is going on?To me its like giving out free money to those married buyers. | ||||

Frankly if you hold this for the Super Long term and the company is as good as it claims - whether you buy at 42, 45, 48 or even 60 or 70 will be come less relevant....
My MINT has already paid back its investment via DPU and price has doubled. |

If retail investors continue to buy up bcos of the nice number in the result, seller will be more encouraged to wait and you' ll have your chance at 60cts. Good luck.

Not too bad considering such a hybrid trust / reit with Queen Mary, of which there is no land , a real estate must consist of land the buildings on it and with so much drama with the substantial holders selling down.

If you think about it - i think this EHT is generally rather compliant conscious. I suspect a lot of others will just leave it to their investors to do their own filings. Hence, the decision to do the first dividend payout at end-2019 could be largely attributed to getting the paperwork all sorted out. The tax brochure was also qutie well done. | ||||
