x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I remember when the price is  around 25 cents, the CEO Lim Chee Chong  bought quite a number of the shares.   Now he seems to have stop buying and now Koh Wee Meng is buying at a higher price. The fact that Koh is buying seems that this counter is either undervalue or he sees the great potential of this stock which we can' t see. Recently URA has this circular from their website      http://www.ura.gov.sg/uol/guidelines/development-control/change-use-premises/sections/guidelines-different-uses/accomodation/accomodation/Hotel-Boarding-House.aspx This seems that it is now more different to get licence to operate as hotel and boarding house.  This could benefit GP Hotel as their hotels' location are quite good and theí r hotel rates belongs to the more affordable range. jomini      ( Date: 11-Jul-2014 11:33) Posted: it  is better not to get too excited about all the new highs. there are groups out there waiting to fade new highs all the time. it is better to buy after they ve faded shygiraffe      ( Date: 11-Jul-2014 09:53) Posted: 42c

The Issuer has responded on 7 July 2014 that it was not aware of any reasons that could possibly explain the trading in its securities. In view of the trading activities observed and the Issuer s response, shareholders and potential investors should exercise caution when dealing in the securities.
