They fear that others will make money if things turn out positively, as they can only watch from sideline. If you have a position in this, you are not likely to keep talking bad things about it. There are not shortist, shorting a 5 cents counter, must be mad. In life, you win some, you lose some, accept it or don' t play. For those bought at 1 dollar above and still holding now, sure will crazy. Cos even IPO can happen, the gain is not much or may still negative. For those enter at very low price like 5cent, what to blame. Without all those past saga, how to get this cheap price. U put 1k at current price, wait for 10k or more return. Zero or 10x profit. But if u have 500, u shouldnt borrow and put 1k. Haha In short, depends on your enter price Depends your current wealth Depends the risk level u can take. (the ?Lender? or ?Soleado?), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had not received the principal repayment together with the accrued and unpaid interests payment from SGFI, Soleado issued a letter to SGFI in respect of the amounts due and payable to Soleado pursuant to the terms set out that Soleado will forbear from taking any action to claim or enforce the obligations of SGFI and its subsidiaries to repay the amounts due and payable to Soleado, including all accrued and unpaid interests, for a period up to and including 31 December 2019 (?Standstill?). However, the Standstill is subject to certain conditions including the payment of interest of at least SGD 2 million, a partial progressive principal repayment, and no material adverse event occurring to the Borrower and its subsidiary during the Standstill period.
