Only then did the company request for a trading halt and make an official announcement.   In this respect, the company had failed to disclose material information timely.

Generally yzj takes a less riskier stance in their investments. Their profile has a sizable exposure to real estate/property. Wish to point out CEO 2 years ago paid $1.50 x 2m shares and I believe yzj will surpass $1.50 after some understanding/solution is reached on the China-US Trade War, Brexit, etc. If somehow many holders continue to doubt the Chairman and coy performance thus depressing its price, it will then give me the opportunity to accumulate more.

Risk management continues to be managed. Near term investment segment won' t be affected much.
