Dir and management who run the kongsi, shd take a severe pay cut to join the long suffering investors who pay dearly to support their salary. Maybe that will reduce the loss to insignificant or less significant lah. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The Board of Directors of Ezion Holdings Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo , together with its subsidiaries, collectively the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) wishes to announce a profit guidance for the unaudited consolidated financial statements for the second quarter (&ldquo 2Q2019&rdquo ) and three months ended 30 June 2019 (&ldquo 6M2019&rdquo ), following a preliminary review of the draft unaudited management results to-date.   The challenging market conditions and general caution of the secured lenders towards the offshore oil and gas industry has continued to affect the reactivation and deployment plans of the Group significantly and severely impacted the financial position of the Group.   In view of the above continued challenges, the Group has carried out an assessment on the impairments of its assets. While the value of the impairments are yet to be determined, the Group is expected to record a significant net loss for 2Q2019 and 6M2019 from this exercise.    Details of the Group&rsquo s financial performance for 2Q2019 and 6M2019 will be disclosed when the Company announces its unaudited consolidated financial results for the relevant periods, which is scheduled to be released on or around 8 August 2019.
