x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Huh? 45% of her revenue is from China. During the lockdown starting from 23 Jan 2020 till now and still ongoing, 4 of her malls including 2 which are in Wuhan were closed. Given the ongoing outbreak and spread of COVID-19 throughout Q1 2020, it is expected that the local people in China could not have been walking around to view and buy properties if Capitaland was selling them. So what' s left of her revenue stream? The other 55% from Spore and elsewhere. At a time like this when the economic impact from COVID-19 is felt everywhere in the world except in the Arctic and Antartica, people who were thinking of buying properties sold by or renting shops leased by Capitaland will postpone their decisions and people who are already renting shops and commercial space from Capitaland and are hit by the virus outbreak will be  asking for rental waivers or reduction. So all things taken into account, will Capitaland still be able to deliver your " very strong set of results" for Q1 2020 ? As at 6pm on July 28, more than 70% of the development&rsquo s total 505 units were sold at an average selling price of RM1,100 psf ($366 psf). To date, locals made up about 80% of Park Regent&rsquo s homebuyers. Park Regent is located on a prime parcel in the popular Desa ParkCity township, Kuala Lumpur, and is scheduled for completion in 2023. The residential development offers six apartment types, ranging from one-bedroom units to four-bedroom units. Prices start from RM860,000 and apartment sizes range from 872 sf for a one-bedroom apartment to 4,887 sf for a four-bedroom apartment.
