x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	AWARD OF CONTRACTS The Board of Directors (&ldquo Board&rdquo ) of Pan Asian Holdings Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo ) and together with its subsidiaries (the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) is pleased to announce that the Company&rsquo s wholly owned subsidiary, Pan Asian Flow Technology Pte Ltd has successfully secured four new contracts in June 2019 and July 2019, with total contract value of approximately S$12.5 million for supply of fittings & parts, penstocks, and stoplog for various projects in Singapore (collectively the &ldquo Contracts&rdquo ). The Contracts are due for delivery from August 2019 to June 2021, and are expected to have a positive impact on the Group&rsquo s earnings per share and no material impact on Group&rsquo s net tangible assets for the current financial year ending 31 December 2019.
