We are moving forward. Prospects of growth and forward earnings all have a part to play. What figures am I plucking from thin air? Production numbers? No point arguing then. You must have missed the multiple share buybacks done by the company in 2017/2018 when the share price dropped. That is yet another positive factor to show management has confidence in their own company. Check out the 1Q19 net profit at the announcement page - USD1.76m. It has already surpassed the net profit for the entire year of 2018, in a single quarter alone this year.  My  question to you now is, if FY2019 net profit recovers to USD$10m, what do you have to say about the stock price? It will have 344,000 Oz of gold left, assuming no new gold is found. That means logically speaking, a PE of 15 sounds fair, if compared to global peers. But let&rsquo s be conservative and give it a PE of 10. That means the share price can easily reach $0.53. These are just my humble estimates and calculations. Just count your EPS for this year. It will match 2015/2016 EPS and justify a return to new highs. If you want something that follows gold price in the same pattern, then of course don&rsquo t buy a gold miner! Buy physical/paper gold or etf. Gold miners are leveraged play, as I mentioned earlier. Fundamentals are not going to change so rapidly.  I had 3 members messaging me what to do after the crash, the price has not recovered ever since, the fundamentals has not improved even now. Gold price up 8% stock price up 40%? Unless it' s business has made some miracle discovery like refining ore at 10% of previous cost. It is unlikely for it surge to a ridiculous price.
