If BW resumes trading and crashes, holders will blame SGX for resuming. Once they have made up their mind to privatise, I am sure SGX will lift up suspension. At least you don' t have to worry so much in doing business with the Primary Import Agent and the term is likely in favour to BW of which strictly adhere to the term of the Distribution Agreement.

If yes, Adrian Lee, being a renowned corporate lawyer should advise them to disclosure to the public on grounds of best practice governance though not required by Chap 9 of listing rules. More more more queries to come. At least 2 months to lift suspension. So, ladies, take them private and do all you like with your in laws, mothers fathers and grandparents. No one will question u.

Given that we all know how dangerous it could be to let a group of chinese execs to run your company and finances remotely 2) Same group of execs were deployed to BW China after Franchisee model seems to suggest those exec were working for BW previously during import agent model period. This might explain the passive aproach of Koh since basically the Changsa best take directives from BW. Just me guess. 3) This might corroborate short sellers opinions that Changsa Best actually run by BW. Although this does not mean accounting fraud was commited.

Changsha incorporated in 2014 with $100k, and imported $75m of products from BW in 2017. I am skeptical. 2. The board gave a cop out answer to question 4. The board said it thinks Changsha is independent based on the confirmations given by Dora, BIL, Yan and Tang. If shit happens later, board will just say it got deceived by the perpetrators. So the board assessment of independence has v little weight. 3.
