I think SGX should have a neutral audit team to authenticate the financial reports of suspected members merely writing a query and getting a standard comply response serves no purpose, as evidenced in the past of those troubled and suspended companies.

This claim is incorrect as the Changsha Tianxin BWL Lifestyle Center was open on 20 March 2019. PwC has confirmed to the Company that its employees were at the Changsha Tianxin BWL Lifestyle Center on 20 March 2019 for an arranged visit as part of the Review. Who to believe? Can't imagine that Bonitas can make such elementary accounting mistake... And then PwC said the Changsha center was open because they are conducting the independent review but Bonitas said the center was not open. Either PwC slack and didn't do their job, or Bonitas checked mate by PwC... Who to believe? PwC or Bonitas?

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Not vested, just an observer. Results are fantastic, and if the numbers can be relied upon, BW&rsquo s valuation is cheap. Skimmed through the rebuttal, and personally feel that the tone is rather personal and unprofessional. Understandably, management dislikes Bonitas, but I thought the they were a little too defensive in their replies. Overall, still can&rsquo t make a good assessment, so will continue to stay away from the stock.

Seems like they just pluck the figure from nowhere(just to match the numbers) that they transfer 100% of profit to BWL. Given all the wrong information they had presented, they are likely to alter the figures to match they accusations. So, the $10mil is definitely not their full profit. Like you say, no one will transfer full profit back). Regarding inventory, stocking up inventory can only mean the demand was expected to be high, and not due to not selling. There is always a lead time. Buy on dip if you believe their story, but I dont think the story ends here, more   attacks from the short sellers can be expected.
