 Alert Admin 		As in how u want to evaluate them? CSI their background? 😂 , So far I see they have got their legal team ready(one of the biggest in china) , their audit team ready.
After reading what was printed , strike fear initially, like most of u guys, but after carefully reading it, then realise these reports could be written for their personal gain. Didn't BR made gains in Hengan case as well? After that it all went back well. So who is responsible in that case? They push down the price.. then buy up again?

what I was pointing out, however, was that the investor backlash towards the short sellers is very similar.  and this is where the problem lies.  a suspension of objectivity....

(its seems many people do not really read carefully what is written and printed.  this is why you have Hyflux and BW investors clamouring for blood after the fact....)

The current situation is mainly speculation that their model is not legal in china, but after such a long period, they are still selling and churning results in china. Even so, without China, it's still a company that will survive relying on their SEA market.
How to make up the cash holdings to pay dividend and stuff if no real cash is in there. They wouldn't have declare high dividend(so high that it only do themselves injustice). Rather it's a company that sounds like they are rewarding their loyal supporters, some of whom are their users, their partners.
As I mentioned, its not possible to compare apple to.orange, and each case is different. Until you understand their model, don't bring in Noble, Midas who are they going to default their obligation?
Look at hengan? Has short sellers been right in that case?

I don' t think BWL is clean in its business dealings in China nor I like to think Bonitas is helping to get thing even by not studying in detail and supporting its claim with concrete evidences although Bonitas might have spent efforts searching for such evidences but he should know how things work and hit the nails at the right spot.. Both BWl and Bonitas cannot convincingly explain properly why BWL has such hefty profits.. there must be a story to be uncovered and yet to be told. but who will this be?  may be the Chinese Authorities

The goods about BWL is that it is not thinking about " squeezing" money out of the investors but it could not also explain probably  how it could make so much money from China whereas all others like AVON and AMWAY,  MaryKay etc just cannot..Franchise model is nothing new and these other companies must have already tried it.. One thing for sure,  it has proven many times now and again that olne can do roaring business  if one is brave enough to take the risk to go " against all odd" .. for example,  bribring the Chinese officers is one good way to get rich quickly.  The bosses of Quan Jian etc have done these but they landed in jail ultimately

how successful do we think Bonitas would be if they made groundless accusations against a company running a perfectly legimitate business operation with nothing to hide?  and a rigged operation can still manipulate the share price up if they are in such control of their shares in the market.

however, before BW > $80m wealthier management comes out to clear the air as best they can, it does feel like it did on other forums where I saw investors readily defend or put down companies because of their vested views.  Noble was a particularly interesting example whereby long suffering shareholders still came out in defence of the company (and shockingly management) and slung mud at the short seller reports over the 3 year saga, when it was increasingly clear early on the blame laid with the key management past financial shenanigans.

both longs and shorts can express their views in the market and if indeed the shortist analysis and points are hogwash, the longs would benefit tremendously from this pullback in prices.

to be objectively transparent, i' ve both long & shorted BW as market opportunities provided itself over the years.  and i sincerely wish forumners best of luck in their positions on either side as this story plays out.

both longs and shorts can express their views in the market and if indeed the shortist analysis and points are hogwash, the longs would benefit tremendously from this pullback in prices.

to be objectively transparent, i' ve both long & shorted BW as market opportunities provided itself over the years.  and i sincerely wish forumners best of luck in their positions on either side as this story plays out.

I went to Bonitas website. They have about a total of 12 reports done over 8 years. This company really looks like hired guns. I also agree with one of the forum member who said the CEO face looks like a crook

Agreed on FB. if you see some of the ladies selling the live channels, quite amazing. Wechat groups also have good ability to move the products. Got this from their site with regards to their wechat analytics for Feb 2019.

U will see alot of posts but not many likes.. because they share everyday to create awareness.. my wife shares on FB everyday but no one like also.. 😂 because they do it every day.. but when ladies see.. they enquire and that's how they get their leads and users.
