Hence, the implications and doubts whether growth can be sustained and franchisee biz model is legal or not. That' s why BW appointed PWC as reviewer.

Avon did not do well in China, probably got to do with product and management issues. China have been immensely successful mkt for them. So I think somehow they find a way to prosper in China where everyone is eager to succeed.
