They are draining the company funds for their own selfish interest. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	the pool is number of shars available to lend out to short... as retailers pick up their shares and if they opt in for their shares to be lent out this pool will increase.. an increase in this pool with price going southwards means its real selling and being distributed to retailers.. if this pool diminishes it could mean that people are shorting it down and not real sellers. This is just a guide as institutions can just borrow out the whole lot and not short. they dont mind paying the interest fee. BW already has more than enough funds to support any expansion, and it is now generating strong cash flow based on TW/China ops.
