Your forum sister " Better than the rest" had also stated in her posting at 9:41 am that this new contract sum is in the region of $700 to $800 million. I do not know where she got the her contract sum as in the SM official press release, there is no contract sum specified therein. By stating a contract sum that is not in SM' s official press release is spreading misinformation. The opening and current trading price of SM remains pathethic. So i hope you could now witness for yourself that the euphoria is only worth one tenth of a cent at $0.094 at the opening bell and as at now 11:01 am it has fell back to its stagnant price of $0.093 speaks volumes

Some are just like to create blogs here. Most likely get paid by BBs for blah, blah blah... disheartening others from holding on and buying SM. They are using tactics of labeling others, threatening to issue lawsuits, fighting, discrediting others etc.
 
When SM is having a contract, they will say where got enough?
Keep blogging another round of RI? Why not KOM take over SM? etc....

Main idea is to help BBs accumulate SM at a suppressed price.
Are they the bloggers or investors?
From their postings, can tell...
I can consider shortist as an investor but not blah blah for not holding to either position)?

Why should I?
I have already been sitting on profit for SM. I am just an investor.

Keppel DC REIT announced its facility manager, Keppel DC Singapore 1 (KDC), has commenced a suit in the High Court of Singapore against DXC Technologies. The former claimed DXC failed to pay in connection to co-location services at 25 Serangoon North Avenue 5 data centre.

Under the lease and facilities management arrangement between Keppel DC REIT and KDC, a portion of KDC' s revenue from the management of the facility, such as the revenue generated from colocation services provided to customers like DXC, is payable to Keppel DC REIT. The amount being disputed is approximately $14.8m for the four years between 1 April 2021 and 31 March 2025.

Whilst KDC, together with Keppel DC REIT and DXC, have engaged in various commercial discussions and mediation, the parties have not been able to arrive at a mutually acceptable resolution.
