This $4.5B will drain their cash flow for next 8 years, They took a while to reduce debt and accumulated their current cash hoard. Plus Japan bid is coming. I think price will fluactuate a while more until analyst can get a better ideas of the negative/postivie impact. Make no mistake, long term still good. Short term might try to test 0.87 bottom.
