When I hire my staff i seldom look at grades. I talked with them. In 10 mins i can have my assessment what they are made of where they coming from.

Nothing beats versatile pple with fast effective adapabilty to changng environment

Thats why Apple beat Nokia . Thats why China progressss so fast.

They should have been done years ago.
The  IPO was ridiculously overvalued in the first place.
They have a lots more impairements to do also.
Cambodia will be a disaster if they go ahead at less than $100/barrel oil price - wait and see
Keppel should focus on the fundamentals of the business 
Oil companies are not run like this.

Keppel invested more than 500m in this company.. not likely to let in go down just like that. And the team of directors are ex keppel staff. Am sure they will work something out. Infact company is profitable .. jus need to get rid of those unnecessary impairments. Unless keppel hv some other tricks up their sleeves .like eg bring the price down so they can private at a premium

Since they are profitable, it makes sense to take the opportunity to write down and impair those assets they have been going on to but not yield bearing. Kris is now leaner with lower operating cost and as long as oil stays above usd$60 a barrel (current price is $66.52) kris will be profitable.
