My market value of this counter from 100 K drop to 32 K. Shall i just bite the bullet and sold off all and put into more than 8 % dividend yield reit or slowly sell bit by bit when the share price hopefully grow higher? Want to cover my loss the more the better. | ||||

Maybe like in the case of Sabana reit, unitholder join to table a vote against such drastic div reduction. Did the mgmt exercise due diligent in leading to this sudden debt reduction. Can't mgr adopt a more gradual dividend reduction ? Did this dividend reduction run contrary to original IPO.

Just want to know any chance that this counter can go back to the 40 plus to 50 plus cents price range? Really cant wait to get rid of this counter. Yes i admit am greedy for the yield but this come too suddenly and its really drastic. | ||||

Bro, he is holding 200,000 shares and div per share per yr is $0.012. How did u derive $600? It should be 200000×0.012 = $2400 per year. His div is cut from $12k to $2.4k

It' s still a good long term investment around 15 cents or so, but since dividend will not go above 1.2 cents until 2021, don' t expect this to move above 20 cents for the next 2 years at least... Debt reduction is priority, dividend increases will come later...that' s the reality of the start of the global deleveraging cycle because of end of QE and rising interest rates... |

Long-term dividend investors are used to getting at least 8% for this risky counter. As many better REITS are giving 6+% to 7+%. Which means most of them will not buy at higher than 15c.

Mgmt declared Div will be reduced to 0.3 cent x 4 Qtrs = 1.2 cent per year for Oct-Dec 18 Qtr and also in 2019 and 2020. At 58c price, Div will be reduced to 2.07% At 50c price, Div will be 2.4%. Those who bought at 16c price will get 7.5% hopefully (that' s if they don' t cut the div rate further down the road).
