In AGM management kind of conceded that the dividend is difficult to sustain unless EBITDA improves...and that Debt/EBITDA would exceed 7 x at one point this year... x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I' m also monitoring this counter as Temasek is one of the shareholder. The part that i' m not really comfortable is the liability keep going up. Even though the asset is also going up, but it is made up of license and equipment which is very difficult to liquidate .... and also how accurate is the value of these assets? If you look at the profits, as it is less than the div distribution, the div will definitely decrease. The question is how low will the share price drop till? Will the liability finally stop increasing? The Fed will most likely increase the interest rate again .... how will it impact the dpu?

x 1   x 1  Alert Admin	Just a dead cat bounce.. the downtrend will continue - nothing has changed so far.  The force selling only a few k shares only, hardly made any difference in terms of vol traded.  Would be more convincing if buy call was made when the price was still at 41c.

x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	The recent dropping to 0.41 is a good entry point.  the rapid declining was caused by: PRC(China) citizens owning APTT which is forbidden by Taiwan gov   (1) CDP/SGX sent mails to many PRC citizen to sell and many PRC citizen did sell in hurries (2) after a grace period, for those did not sell, their APTT shares got forced sell. Now the yield is almost 15% ! even if next year dividend reduce by 50% (very unlikely), the yield is still 7.5%! what are your guys afraid?  I forecast this kind of force-sell (both by individually and by CDP) will repeat from time to time UNTIL brokers put in place a mechanism to auto detect PRC citizenship and block the buy.
