 Alert Admin 		While it may still drop after xd ......it offer value once it go below 3.10 . How many true blue chip give 5+% yield and is assure for nex 2 years/
Further all these noise and issue of 4th telco is not new.

I am into the longer term investing into Singtel . Singtel fundamental is strong and India Aus base is still OK .....yes competation is tough but India is still growing.  Further this 5.5% is much better then bank interest......I doubt Singtel will be dropping for next 2 years with no return LOL

 Alert Admin 		@BillionX Yeah i feel so too. I actually did a simple valuation of Singtel (on my website twoshrewdinvestors) and it came out to about ~$3 fair value. So it' s a pretty good buy imo.
From a technical perspective, I feel that Singtel could have already hit the bottom but as of now it' s not really clear. Will update you guys when the tipping point comes whether it is a buy or sell signal (or you can google my website and see for yourself for updates).

​ Recent sell down is typical knee- jerk reaction to new entrants to the telco business. SingTel will ride out this temporary distraction and come out stronger. Good blue chip to acquire at this price. Hold for the longer term.Good dividend yield.

see what happened to semb Corp. 
already drop more than 50% 
even collect 10 years dividend also not able to break even
sg company all sink into sea. 
and not to mention they invite some of the lousy china company to list over here
that one I also kena trapped into their fake accounts
i invest in us share eg BOA, Apple, Facebook all these
never disappointed me.

I really have no idea what went wrong because am not a professional. I only know that I made losses in 15 years of investing in Singapore stocks while I managed to profit from just 4 years of investing in Hongkong stocks. Maybe it was just me... but I completely disappointed with how stocks traded in Singapore overall ..
