x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	tech company do financial business across national boundary without proper license. it is only a matter of time time that those responsible for law will know how to implement control. want to do banking business. get a banking license first. want to do retail business register with acra. not just because one is in virual world then no need to follow the law. law can always put if a buyer is physically here or ip range belongs to here. then follow law here. if not one day when one of these non license tech company go busrt then consequences can be very damaging. license and control.
