Just share with you guys how ridiculous stock broker do recommendation to retail investors: - At 12PM+ today, MBKE said Venture' s share price smoked out by slower IQOS sales but supported by multifaceted growth: ... ending with The street remains outright bullish on the counter with 9 Buy ratings and average TP of $31.95 - At 2PM+ today, MBKE said Technical: Venture' s uptrend taking a beating Trading sell: suggest to short at $25.80 with targest 24.5 and 22.35. Cut-loss at $28. How ridiculous!!!!

The reason is simple - like some others have mentioned, Phillip Morris' s sales in iQOS has been bad from their results. PM is a MAJOR customer for venture if you follow analysts report. And iQOS (e-cig) is driving growth for Venture due to success in Japan. Now, japan is sluggish for PM and we cant expect same growth for venture. PM dropped 15% its no surprise VMS tanked as well.
