x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I was about to say the nasty surprise will be that it turns out to be KC selling and not FR......all will fall off chairs.  But for now all can assume it is FR who has exited.  I cant see how changing from FR to these two new SSH will made a difference in KRIS business.  Share price wise, with FR stopped unloading in open market, it should help to give some support. External wise . oil price is now a great help. Internal wise, Cam Block A will only come in 2nd half of 2019.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	KC not buying any of these shares may actually be a good thing because there is a fear, for me at least, that Kris will be privatized at a low level. These two new SSH are smart and rich. They are not people who will flip for a cent or two. They are entrepreneurs, businessmen, who may see Kris as an attractive long term investment. Kris is too small to attract major players. This set of new SSH is good enough for me. For those who are not shareholders, they will never know the feeling of hopelessness with FR selling at any level and over a very long period of time, regardless of the what happenss to the general stock markets or oil price. BUT UNLIKELY) I don't really know where these two SSHs pop up from, as there's no direct link up between FR and them, I suppose? x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	KepCorp owns 40% of Kris. If add FR stake, it's almost 49% to 50%, and down the road, what's next to come besides the cooperation in business? If KC wants to part Kris energy, long time already do it. Won't do so much including the warrants, Manpower shift, recent collaboration etc. I think they waited long time for FR to par it's stake, then restructure the business model of Kris energy and the plans ahead. With FR in the picture, maybe things won't get going as smooth as FR holds a big stake as SSHs previously. Its time to change for the better and progress on. Ppl kept shouting for Rights issue. Time will tell will KepCorp let Kris fails or support it all the way. Vested. Maybe another one or two months time, things will be more clearer where Kris energy is heading. Recent recovery is positive to me. x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	This agreement should benefit both KRIS and KC.  KC may get more business and KRIS (hopefully) can get better pricing for their production works.  This may also give KRIS more headroom if KC can grant KRIS more flexibility in their payment term with KC.  KC getting more involve in KRIS operation might also aid in KRIS merging into KC business eventually.  Is KC hinting on some longer term plan with KRIS here?

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Relax. Today's closing at 0.101 from low of 0.097 shows strength. No more FR selling. If they don't announce, I take it that there's more to come, together they announced. Lol. US futures strong, oil prices up, no more FR disturbing, what's next? Those whom want take profits, after few days, prices will bounce even stronger. I don't think it will just rise from 0.082 to 10.7cts then retract back below 10cts and then go lower. prior to 26/04 AGM, may see more actions and higher volume daily. That's without FR, no price depressions like last time. Vested. Dyodd. We assume is FR only. I do not think Kep Corp was the seller. Maybe, Kep Corp bought the remaining 139m which is below the 50% triggering point of mandatory take-over. Kep Corp will hold about 49% if they bought the remaining 9% of FR shares
