x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Companies generally stop conducting share buy back too close to it' s results reporting date.(Usually 2 to 4 wks to the date of results reporting) It' s an unspoken rules, something to do with corporate governance and fairplay  to avoid being label as insider trading. I think it' s not an offence if they chose to conduct share buyback during those period. This could be an opportunity for those who want to jip this company that is so confident in the value of its own share. Already vested a a few lots at 3.60. Will buy a bit more if share price ease back to or below that level.
