x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I don&rsquo t think Imperium crown is an excellent company. But at current share price of 6.2 cents, it is definitely way undervalued.  1. At current share price, the company is valued at $49m. This is lesser than the amount ($53.5m) paid for 60% of GEM (Wonder Park). While many people have doubts about buying &ldquo stones&rdquo , I believe that the company had done due diligence and $53.5m is a fair price. 2. The above does not take into consideration the company&rsquo s stake in One Richardson Trust (Perth) and the significant amount cash it is still holding on to due to its recent rights issue, where new investors paid $0.125 per share. 3. Last but not least, there is a recent married deal where 10 million shares were transacted at 8 cents per share. Some may doubt that this is not an arms length deal, but given the scrunity the company is under recently (due to leaked emails), I think the transaction is a fair and honest one and 8 cents per share shows a real demand at the price. 4. NAV per share is 8.91 cents. 5. Recent price plunge is due to the US stock market situation and &ldquo perceived&rdquo bad half year results &mdash where the losses reported are actually expected and announced previously and also one-off. 6. Selling seemed to have dried up at 6 to 6.2 cents. Short sellers should no longer be interested at such low prices. A technical should come very soon (next week?), with medium term price (a few weeks&rsquo time) to be around 8 cents Let&rsquo s see :-)

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	This co. very questionable. When it initiated to sell it's Japanese assets last year, it say will reward shareholders but all hot air. And why sell valuable Japanese assets generating return to invest in China where things can just disappear or written off without any explanation? Not vested but I do short-term tradings when opportunities arise

Anyway, in the first place, such penny counters don&rsquo t really look at quarter to quarter results. Their share prices are more dependent on: 1. Potential 2. Trend 3. BBs The one thing I don&rsquo t like about imperium is that it is a favourite of some small time short-sellers.
