As on 31st Jan, VC' s holding increased from 1,036,500,034 (13.78%) to 1,624,735,328 share (20.03%). is it because of the convertible bonds ? Is it good or bad for the small share holder ? |

The issue is , if some one up share price , VC will sure dump and make 100% profit. Not only VC, I will also do the same thing .who don' t want 100% profit . Hence this stock will not up 2-3 years unless it gains good profits and gold price . If management no issue rights at 0.0008 , sure it will be at 0.01 as the gold price at 1340. | ||||

If you look at the Blumont gang which include IPCO, Liongold, innopac, Magnus .... it' s like they are waiting for something .... the price is not moving, but the buy queue is building up. Maybe the BBs are waiting for the Blumont case to be finally closed ..... when Soh is officially charged. The major shareholder of Blumont has accumulated (+ the court rule to void the star award) up to 80% of the shares. Since he has so much interest, he might try to inject businesses into Blumont to fry up the share price. But, the case needs to have proper closure before the whole gang can try to fry up the price ... my thought.

Why ? Unless, they want to sell higher at 0.002 now or wait longer for 0.003 or higher later ?? If yes, they need to push it up first to attract people to buy like Blumont :)
