They will get back cash worth 0.225 per share ... which is already higher than the current price. Furthermore, the asset that is being sold represent just 27.1% of the current NAV. Likely given waiver by SGX. Just my guess. And if this is the case, the share price will fall back. Usually trading halt is lifted when I(we) are engaged in our work/meeting/relaxation and hence didn' t see the announcement and can' t react fast enough. Of course I hope it is a takeover since I' m vested. LOL.

Price rocketed yesterday b4 trading halt usually means good news is coming. I only regretted not buying more. I thought you all anyhow sian, anyhow guess about delisting. I attended their AGM b4, i can see that the top management and board were committed and working hard for the business, but their strategies were not fruitful. This time, we can finally see a turnaround for YL on the horizon.
