The case implicated 2 board members, one of them the ex-CEO of ST Engineering, who was not charged but has since resigned citing health reasons. The ex-president/CEO of ST Marine has since taken the rap & jailed. The thing about this case is that the perpetrator committed the offence not for personal gains, at least not directly, citing common business practices in that country. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	So far, the last 3 attempts to bounce all failed. And they failed becoz there was no big buyer around to spearhead the buying. Retail buying can only do so much. You need the big guns to unleash their massive firepower before this rocket can produce enough thrust to lift off to break free from the Earth' s gravity.  So what is the prospect of Attempt No. 4?  To me, the key is the daily volume. There is simply not enough volume to suggest that a big gun is buying. If you study the Intraday Time & Sales ticker, the biggest BUY--UP trade was only 81.4 lots. The next biggest is 58 lots. Both were done at 3.24. Trades of this size can be easily done by a rich retail trader. And with CFD, many more retail traders can do it. The low volume coupled with the absence of multiple BUY--UP trades in big lots of 250 to 500 or more lots tells me all the buying we saw on Friday were by retail traders.  Unless a big gun suddenly appears on Tuesday to take the driver' s seat, this 4th attempt is likely to fizzle out into another disappointment.
