Don' t lose heart. Be patient, this is a big divestment. Wait for the announcement that the deal is done. Bright future for YL ahead once the deal is sealed, the cash comes in, debt is cleared, and they embark on new projects. | ||||

Last week on 17 Dec, Fang Ming (Executive Chairman and Group CEO) had issued an announcement to shareholders. Pls read it on YL or SGX' s website. The last para stated that Fang Ming & China everbright (who together hold more than half of the total issued shares of YL international) have undertaken to approve the divestment, and both of them target to conclude the sale b4 end of this year. Even then, SGX requires YL to hold an EGM not later than the next AGM in Apr 2018 for all other sh/holders to ratify the divestment. I' m sure investors are eagerly looking forward to the signing of the deal in the next few days (b4 2017 comes to a close), and a new chapter for YL in the New Year! :) | ||||

Bro, my ave 15.6cts. I hv a portfolio of various stocks, so I m not heavily invested in YL. But i feel sorry for all of us who are frustrated when YL issued a set of good earnings last quarter, and now this good news, yet kena this SGX meddling. | ||||
