Fully agreed. I have been borrowing money from financial instituitions since 2011, for corporate loans. For property loan, if u get from the banks, the most is sibor +1-1.5%, ie no more than 2.8% pa, and if u r a better clients, u can get cost of funds plus 1.9 % ie no more than 2.3 % pa. Y must get the loans from sam goi at 7 % pa. Or issit overseas project the banks charge a higher rate than 7%, that i m not too sure. So the above is just applicable to local loans, not for overseas loans. But i feel, 7% is really too steep. Just my view.

Disappointed with the mgtm lost of focused on core business : Property Development
They venture into " hobby-like" biz such as art gallery museum and cafes.
These are non core biz and worse high operationing daily costs.
Before, they focus on property projects which were better.
Now all sorts of ideas.

7% interest pa on $ 45 mil
Payable every 3 month about $ 787 500. I dont think KOP current revenue can even service this quarterly interest. Cocoa Colony belong to them ? They just closed down all 3 outlets. Will see 7 cts range soon. |

Most likely will cook up for rights issues and return sam goi money after 12 months...dont think mgt wan to give up their lead after so many yrs of hardwork

Before placement....kop dropped from 8c range to 5c range......and sam got hiis placement at 5c...thrn shoot up....will be surprise.to see sam goi wan to convert about 8c...
