x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The company should just withdraw the rights issue. SSHs and normal shareholders like me are not gaining from this. Only the management is gaining from this -- they have more money to invest/play/pay themselves. We should go EGM and shoot down this rights issue!!!

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Awarding of shares to management seems ludicrous of course considering the situation of the company. 10mil shares 100+k, ok fine. At least this year he could clear off several millions of debts, albeit with share dilution. Regarding profit, everyone knows it was due in a large part to the one off non cash gain. Their choice of new biz is indeed questionable and totally diff from current core biz. But their chairman seems to have experience in this field, lets see what they are up to and can accomplish before hammering them down. Their o&g biz is doing ok, and hopefully wiith oil turning bullish, this can sustain the coy. Upcoming rights issue if goes through will be extremely dilutive and remains to be seen how the proceeds will be utlized. Don't need start making statements now like mgmt will use it to enrich themselves, wait and see and if they do, i will be one to jump on their backs too.

They will lose much more than me by dumping. And by now, contra players should be avoiding Loyz and even if they want to dump and pump, they are likely to be playing mostly with their own money.
